🍅We wanted to give you a quick update on our pre-ordered 9cm tomatoes. Due to their need for a little extra sunshine to reach their full potential, we've decided to give them another week to soak up the rays and grow just right.

Rest assured, your tomatoes will be despatched between May 21st and May 31st. This slight delay ensures that they'll arrive in prime condition, ready to thrive in your garden. Thank you for your patience and understanding.🍅

We can place orders for you, offer gardening advice and support you with any queries on orders you've already placed with us.

Automated emails will be sent to confirm orders received and to let you know plant and product despatch dates.

If you have outstanding items, these may be despatched separately to make sure they all arrive in perfect condition therefore, your order may arrive in multiple deliveries. Click on ‘My Account’ above to see any remaining items from your order yet to be delivered•  

When you buy with Marshalls you’ll often purchase ahead of the growing season. Pre-ordering ensures items are grown and reserved for you. We only send plants out at the optimum planting time for that species and when the weather conditions are suitable.
 
The despatch guidelines for any pre-ordered item will be found in these places:

• Your order confirmation written in green
• The 'My Account' area on the website to check the status of your order.
• Specific timing for each plant can also be found if you search them on our website, as well as displayed when adding to your basket (e.g. ‘Delivery from mid-May').

We do everything possible to send out plants to you on the dates specified on our website or in our catalogue. However, some factors outside of our control, such as weather, may affect plant growth and therefore delivery dates. We will keep you updated if this occurs on expected delivery dates.
